How to Stop a Puppy from Whining in the Crate
Transparent dog training. It is a process. Say no and bang on the crate with towel or your hand. Say “No” and bang on the crate. Give the dog a treat when they stop whining and say good.
Next get out of sight from the dog. If they don’t whine, tell them good and give them a treat. If they whine, say “No” and bang the crate. Don’t wait until they bark.
If it is too much for the dog when you leave the room, come back in the room and work with them some more.
